The yoga nidra titled "Touching Bliss" is now available as an mp3.
It will soon be available as an audio CD from CD Baby, but you can download the yoga nidra meditation here as a mp3 album.
The 12 tracks of the yoga nidra download follow the eight stages of the traditional guided meditation as described by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. It also includes an introduction to what yoga nidra is, and a conclusion to help integrate the practice.
