It will soon be available as an audio CD from CD Baby, but you can download the yoga nidra meditation here as a mp3 album.
The 12 tracks of the yoga nidra download follow the eight stages of the traditional guided meditation as described by Swami Satyananda Saraswati. It also includes an introduction to what yoga nidra is, and a conclusion to help integrate the practice.

Yoga Nidra Script Available!
Kripalu Yoga teacher David Morgan has published a yoga nidra script that is available for only $9.
Yoga teachers and other healers may use this script to lead yoga nidra sessions for their students and clients.
